We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in May 2010, the location is perfect for a tourist stay, close to everything and easy to access from the train station. The staff was more than helpful anytime we asked. The rooms are clean & ours on the top floor was wonderful, the bathroom is a good size.breakfast was nice each day and very personal service. Highly recommended! Stay here, you will be very pleased.

My fiance and I were both very satisfied with the hotel. The room was adequate in size, and the bathroom was very modern, even had a bidet! The breakfast was typical for a European Hotel, the brightspot was the espresso! The computer provided in the room was convenient, with a fast internet connection, and the best part about the hotel was the location. We could walk to both San Marco square and The Rialto Bridge in 10 minutes. The only thing we would recommend is to find a gondola ride on your own. Although it lasted an hour, and the prosecco was delicious, there wasn't much narration. If we could do it again, we would do it with music. Otherwise, Locanda Art Deco is definitely where we will stay on our next visit to Venice!

Stayed at the Recidenza apt with husband, relative and small dog. Very friendly staff upon arrival and delighted to be able to have breakfast served in our room. Perfect location for EVERYTHING: St Mark, Rialto bridge, academia within short walking distance. Went on a 1 hr gondola trip with hotel's FEMALE gondoliera and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Pas de surprise par rapport aux commentaires qui m'ont décidé à choisir cet hôtel. Il est bien situé, à 5 min de la place St Marc et à 3 min du vaporetto. L'emplacement est calme. Le personnel a été très efficace et a tout fait pour nous conseiller pour la visite de la ville. Le Petit déjeuner est classique, sans originalité. La chambre (sous les toits) était grande (mansardée), et propre. La literie était en bon état. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est un bon rapport qualité/prix dans cette ville si chère.

YES - Using a google map the hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small (normal for Venice) but clean.
NO - Our room was on the alley and there was some noise from diners at a cafe directly below.

Liked: The atmosphere was great and you were right in the heart of Venice. The instructions were good on how to get to the property from the station as well. The room we were in was small and definitely an experience in reaching it by the stairs but it was very clean and the breakfast that was provided was very good. The staff were helpful when we had an early departure and provided breakfast for us before we left.

Sì -Lindo hotel, muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza San Marco y facil de llegar desde la estacion del tren, via Vaporetto bajando en la estacion Accademia. Buena atencion, muy bien mantenido.
